摘 要: 钢丝绳的使用关系到企业财产和人民生命安全,针对目前基于单片机的检测系统大数据处理能力不足,而基于PC机的系统不利于现场检测,同时检测系统存在无法定量检测或检测精度不高的问题,设计了基于以太网传输的钢丝绳在线检测系统,研究了在线自动监控算法、局部损伤(LF)算法和金属截面积损耗(LMA)算法;系统通过现场检测模块进行无损检测,并把检测数据通过以太网快速、远距离传输至上位机,对数据进行存储和分析;实验证明,系统能够进行LF和LMA的定量评估,检测精度高,并且检测速度快,能准确地实时报警,实现在线检测,符合工况需求。 The safe use of wire ropes is very important for enterprise s property and people' s life. At present, the detection system based on MCU is inefficient for processing of great amount of data, and the system based on PC is inconvenient for on - the--spot detection. Meanwhile, some system cannot implement quantitative detection or has low precision. In view of the above problems, on--line detection system for wire rope based on Ethernet transmission is designed that implements nondestructive detection with on--the--spot detection mod- ule and quickly transmits data to remote host PC to store and analyze. The on--line automatic monitoring algorithm, LF algorithm and LMA algorithm are studied. Experiments show, with precise and quick detection the system can implement quantitative evaluation for LF and LMA, give accurate real--time alarm and achieve on--line detection. And the system is useful in practice.
