摘　　要： 本文对当前美国国会关注西藏问题的焦点、美国国会干涉西藏事务的手段及趋势进行了分析,并对下届美国国会干涉西藏事务的走向进行判断,认为虽然自上世纪80年代以来,在所谓"理想主义"的感召和现实利益的驱动下,美国国会开始积极干涉西藏事务,但随着中国的崛起,特别是金融危机过后,美国国会对西藏事务的干涉将会出现相对缓和。 The article reviewed the US Congress＇ s current focus on the Tibetan issue, analyzed its measures and trends of interventions in Tibetan affairs, and made a forecast of interventions from the new Congress. Since 1980s, the US Congress started to aggressively intervene in Tibetan affairs driven by the so-called Idealism and realistic interests. However, with the rise of China and the end of financial crisis, the US Congress will relatively cut down its interventions in Tibetan affairs.
