摘 要: 为实现新一代基于STEP-NC的数控系统的实时插补与智能加工要求,设计了统一的数据结构以集成CAD/CAPP/CAM的完整信息。利用VC++6.0开发了一个基于STEP-NC的NURBS曲面信息提取算法。该算法采用KMP匹配算法对STEP-NC的信息进行提取,提取的信息存储于上述数据结构中;应用OpenGL技术对所提取的数据进行了重现,并通过等参数线法实现该曲面的刀具轨迹规划。该算法的实验表明,所设计的算法正确可信。 In order to achieve the requirements of real-time interpolation and intelligent processing based on a new generation of STEP-NC nmnerical control system, a unified data structure is designed to integrate the complete information of CAD/ CAPP/CAM. In this paper, using VC++ 6.0 to develop an information extraction algorithm based on STEP-NC NURBS sur- faces. The algorithm uses the KMP matching algorithm to extract information on STEP-NC, the extracted information is stored in the data structure; using OpenGL technology to reproduce the extracted data, and the surface toolpath is generatd through ISO-parameter maching method. The experiments show that this algorithm is correct and credible.
