摘 要: 通识课程教学质量问题是当前高校关注的焦点,本文应用QFD技术探索保障通识课程教学质量的方法。首先,通过对用人单位的需求调查,明确了教学质量需求,继之,运用AHP分析方法确定了需求的重要度,然后,开发出教学质量需求保障措施,通过计算明确教学质量保障措施的重要度,从而为管理类通识课程教学质量的保障与改进的指明了方向,也为其他相关课程的教学质量改进提供了方法论的参考。 Teaching quality of general educational curriculum is becoming the focus of attention in universities. In this paper, we use the technology of QFD to explore guarantee the teaching quality of general educational curriculum. First, we surveyed the needs of employers, and defined the needs of teaching quality, following that, the AHP analysis method was used to determine the importance of eeds, then. we developed the guarantee measures to meet teaching quality needs, through calculation, we defined the importance of guarantee measums, which directs the ways of how to improve teaching quality of management general educational curriculum, and provides methodology reference for other related courses to improve teaching quality.
