摘 要: 为解决面向任务的装备固有可用度验证的问题,假设故障间隔时间和修复时间都服从指数分布,基于任务-装备-维修队列模型,确定了固有可用度的检验估计量;并且在满足给定的承制方和使用方风险的前提下,优先考虑任务需求,设计了试验的实施过程,完成了固有可用度试验方案设计。通过实例,演示面向任务的自行火炮固有可用度检验全过程,证实方案可行有效。 In order to solve the problem about how to test inherent availability of equipment oriented mission under the condition of assuming that time to failure interval and time to repair were both exponentially distributed, inherent availability verification statistics was determined based on M /G/1 for repairable system. The test was designed to meet stated levels of producer and consumer risk, which firstly considered the mission requirement. The test implement process was designed to complete the last step of procedure. The whole process of the self-propelled gun availability test was demonstrated by use of an example, and the procedure proved to be feasible and effective.
