摘 要: 采用真空热压烧结工艺制备了TiC10/Cu-Al2O3复合材料,并测试了性能和显微组织。在冷等静压机上对烧结态试样进行了冷等静压试验。结果表明:该复合材料烧结态的组织较为致密,致密度为98.53%;显微硬度为158 HV,电导率为48.7%IACS。经冷等静压后,材料的致密度为98.76%,显微硬度为161 HV,电导率为50.8%IACS,综合性能均有所提高。 TiC10/Cu-A12O3 composite was prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering process, its properties and mierostructure were tested. The cold isostatic pressing test of the sintered sample was performed in a cold isostatic pressing machine. The results show that, the structure of the sintered composite is compact, density, microhardness and conductivity of the composite are 98.53% , 158 HV and 48.7% IACS, respectively. After cold isostatie pressing, density, mierohardness and conductivity of the composite are 98.76%, 161 HV and 50.8% IACS, respectively, and the comprehensive performance has been improved.
