摘 要: 研究了黑钙土中土壤有机质与 7种土壤酶活性之间的动态关系。土壤有机质的最低值出现在 6月份 (3.9% ) ,5月和 8月分别出现两个高峰值 (4 .3%、4 .2 % ) ,全年平均变化幅度为0 .16 %。通径分析表明 ,7种土壤酶对有机质的动态变化既具有直接作用 ,又具有一定程度的间接影响 ,其中脲酶、脱氢酶、纤维素分解酶。 This thesis studied the dynamic relationship between the soil orgenic matter and enzymatic activity in chernozem.The smallest value of soil organic matter is in June(3.9%),the biggest value is in May(4.3%) and August(4.2%),the year\|mean variation scope of organic matter is 0.16%.The Path analysis indicated:7 kinds of soil enzymes directly and indirectly affect the variation of soil organic matter.The urease,dehydrogenase,cellulose,protease and catalase of 7 enzymes are important effect factors.
