摘 要: 通过平皿、盆栽及田间试验确定 ,含戊唑醇种衣剂能显著抑制小麦纹枯菌生长 ,其EC50 为 1 .58mg/L ,联合毒力指数为 542 ,增效倍数为 1 5.7;对分蘖始期和返青期小麦纹枯病的相对防效分别达77.5%和 60 .6% ;麦种包衣处理后能促进麦苗分蘖 ,提高百株鲜重。 The effects of seed coating chemical containing tebuconazole on the control of Rhizoctonia cerealis were studied by means of petri dish testing, pot experiment and field trials. The results showed this chemical could evidently inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis, its EC 50 was 1.58mg/L, united toxicity index was 542 and synergized multiple was 8.86. It could control the disease from the pathogen, whose relative control efficiency was 77.5% at arche-tillow stage and 60.6% at turning green stage. Coating treatment with the chemical could hasten the seedling tillows and promote the fresh weight of wheat seedlings.
