摘 要: 以羟基硅油为原料合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸环氧单酯,树脂分子结构中同时具有光固化基团(双键)和热固化基团(环氧基团)。研究了不同的稀释剂对光-热混杂固化的凝胶率、吸水率、力学性能、固化体积收缩率和热性能的影响,结果表明:稀释剂对光-热混杂固化膜的凝胶率有一定影响,在相同稀释剂条件下,与丙烯酸环氧单酯光-热固化体系相比,有机硅改性丙烯酸环氧单酯光-热固化膜的断裂强度下降,而断裂伸长率由4.8%提高到8.2%,固化体积收缩率由6.19%下降到5.52%,光-热固化膜的热分解温度有提高。 A new type of organosilicon-modified epoxy monoacrylates (OMEMA) was synthesized by using hydroxyl silicone oil. The resins contained both UV-curable groups (C--C) and heat-curable groups (epoxy). The influence of different kinds of active diluents on the gel content, water absorp- tion, mechanical, volume shrinkage and thermal characterizations of UV-heat cured films using orga- nosilicon-modified epoxy monoacrylates as resins were investigated. The results showed that the con- tent and kinds of active diluents would influence the gel content of UV-heat cured films. Compared to the epoxy monoacrylates (EMA) systems with same active diluents, the breaking strength of UV-heat cured films of OMEMA system was decreased, but its relative elongation was increased from 4.8 % to 8.2%, and its volume shrinkage decreased from 6.19% to 5.52%. Its first decomposition tempera- ture of UV-heat cured films was increased.
