摘　　要： 电视民生新闻具有受众地域化的特点,而在同一区域内,新闻素材十分有限,因此电视媒体难以避免报道相同题材的民生新闻。"小碧心"事件是广州地区2012年度的热点新闻,广州地区三大电视台——广东电视台、南方电视台和广州电视台在报道过程中善于挖掘不同点,通过全面系统的新闻策划、多维度的报道视角、全方位的深度报道、生动多样的新闻素材、个性化的解说词、勇于创新的意识等路径,实现同题电视民生新闻的差异化报道。 The audience of civic news on TV is normally regional.Due to the insufficiency of news sources within the same region,it is unavoidable for TV stations to report the same civic news.＂Little Bixin＂ is the top news for Guangzhou area in 2012.The three leading TV stations in Guangzhou—Guangdong TV,Guangdong Southern TV,and Guangzhou TV—all worked on the same news but realized differentiation of reporting in a creative way： different perspectives,comprehensive planning schemes,multi-dimensional reporting angles,impressive and variable news materials,personalized commentaries,and creative consciousness are all the guarantees for the creation.
