摘　　要： 当前我国高校在改革开放的洪流下不断深入迅猛发展,高校档案作为一项重要的信息资源,在高校建设和发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用。档案编研工作的好与坏是档案信息资源开发及整个档案工作质量高低的重要体现。但当前高校档案的编研工作仍存在许多不足之处。作者通过对档案的编研工中存在的问题进行分析从而提出了提高编研人员素质,丰富编研素材来源,提高编研成果质量等对策。 Currently, the colleges and universities of our country develop rapidly in the torrent of reform and opening. As an important information resource, the college archives play an increasingly important role in the colleges and universities construction and development process. Whether the archives compiling is good or bad is an important manifestation of the file information resources development and affects the quality of the entire file work. However, the current editing and studying of the university archives has still many inadequacies. So this paper, analyzes the existing problems in the compilation of the research work and puts forward countermeasures to improve college compiling files.
