摘　　要： 进入新世纪,网络信息化迅猛发展,高校党员党性教育面临更为复杂的环境。适应网络时代新要求,加快高校党建信息化建设,建立网络先进生活方式,推动党性教育工作方法创新,搭建党性教育网络思想链接平台、创新党员电子信息管理、重视网络监督载体建设、关注网络舆情发展、发挥微博的信息互动,是提高高校党员党性教育有效性的重要举措。 In the new century, the communist party spirit education is facing a more complex environment wltn me rapid development of network information. To adapt to the new requirements of network times, to speed up the party information construction in colleges, to establish a network of advanced healthy lifestyle effectively, to promote the party spirit education method innovation, to build the party spirit education network space - time thought links plat- form, to innovate the party member electronic information management, pay attention to the construction of network supervision carrier, to concern network public opinion development, to make full use of micro - blog micro message function, are important measures to improve the effectiveness of college communist party spirit education.
