高职《绿色食品加工技术》课程双语教学目标的确立与实施

摘  要: 在结合专业岗位对英语应用能力实际需求上,详细确立了《绿色食品加工技术》课程的双语教学目标,且将其分为渐进式的三个阶段;建立了基于工作过程的"引导文或文献查找→创建项目→组合团队→小组分工→汇报总结"和"产学研合作项目融入课程"的双语教学模式,并举例阐述了"引导文教学、角色扮演、理实一体化、项目驱动"等双语教学方法的实施和升华学生创新素质的"小组研发、生产性实训"双语教学环节的设计。该课程的双语教学目标合理、工学结合程度高、实施方案具体、且中英文应用比例方案清晰,该研究旨在为高职教育非英语专业课程实施双语教学提供参考。 In this paper, the bilingual teaching objectives of the Green Food tablished and divided into three progressive stages, combined with the actual fessional jobs. The bilingual teaching pattern was based on the work process, ature →create the project→ combine the team →distribute work in groups Processing demand for Technology course were es- English application in pro- namely, search the guide text or liter- the report. This pattern also integrates the industry- university -institute cooperation projects into the curriculum. The implementation of the bilingual teaching methods was cited as the examples of ~uide text teaching, role - playing, theory and practice integration, project drive: The bilingual teaching links of^roup research and development, productive training'were designed to enhance the students'innovative quality. In this course, the objectives which have been established are rational, the bilingual teaching pattern fully reflects the educational philosophy that combines learning with work- ing, the implemented program is very specific, and the English applications proportion program is clear. The pur- pose of this study is to provide a reference for the bilingual teaching for non - English majors in vocational educa- tion.
