摘　　要： 【目的】明确83个葡萄种质资源对霜霉病的抗病性,旨在为霜霉病的防治和抗霜霉病育种中的亲本选择提供依据。【方法】通过室内离体叶片接种鉴定、田间发病高峰期自然条件鉴定,明确供试种质资源对霜霉病的抗性;通过现场调查葡萄叶片上茸毛的多少和叶片钾、钙含量测定,初步明确它们与品种抗性的关系。【结果】在83个葡萄种质资源中,未发现对霜霉病表现免疫的品种,卡托巴表现高抗;北醇等9个品种表现抗病;弗雷等45个品种表现感病;红地球等28个品种表现高感。其抗性与叶片中钾、钙含量没明显关系。【结论】不同葡萄品种对霜霉病的抗性存在明显差异,大多数美洲种和欧美杂交种对霜霉病的抗性强于欧亚品种;其抗病性与叶片背面茸毛的有无及多少存在一定关系,但并不绝对;与叶片钾、钙含量无明显关系。 [ Objective] The purpose of this study was to evaluate resistance of grape germplasm resources to Plasmopara viticola in the hope of providing basis for controlling the disease and breeding parent varieties with strong resistance to the disease. [ Method ] In order to test the resistance of grape germplasm resources to Plasmopara viticola, excised leaves inoculation indoor and natural infection in field were studied. Correlations between contents of Ca and K in grape leaves and cultivar resistance to disease were studied by investigating number of grape leaves pubescence and contents of Ca and K in leaves. [Results] The results showed that there was no immune material. Catawba was highly resistant （HR）, 9 varieties of Beiehun were resistant （R） , 45 varieties of Frei were susceptible （S） , and 28 varieties of Red Globe were highly susceptible （ HS）, and there was no obvious relationship with contents of Ca and K in grape leaves in cultivar resistance. [ Conclusion ] There was apparent difference in resistance of grape germplasm resources to Plasrnopara viticola, and most American vines and Franco -american were more resistant than Eurasian. There were correlation relationship between eultivar resistance and number of grape leaves pubescence, but not absolute,and no correlation was found between cultivar resistance and contents of Ca and K in grape leaves.
