摘 要: 针对超声振子工作过程中存在的频率漂移问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的数字化频率自动跟踪系统,在分析了超声振子电特性及多峰性的基础上,阐述了频率自动跟踪系统的设计原理及基于FPGA的实现方法。实验结果表明,超声振子谐振频率在随温度变化而漂移时,本超声电源能实时跟踪其谐振频率的变化。 In view of the frequency drift problem in operation of the ultrasonic vibration system, a very flexible solution is proposed. Based on FPGA, automatic frequency tracking system of Ultrasonic power supply, the electrical properties and the multimodalities of the ultrasonic vibrator are analyzed and the design principles and implementation methods of the automatic frequency tracking system based on FPGA are introduced. Finally, the experimental results indicate that the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator varies as the environmental temperature changes, and this system is able to track it in real time.
