摘　　要： 航运学科和专业是航海院校的特色所在,也是航海院校发展的关键.航海院校特色专业建设过程中,应立足国情和校情,考虑专业建设目标的前瞻性和针对性、专业建设内容的层次性和适用性、专业建设评价与监控的导向性和可操作性. shipping and professional disciplines are characteristics of maritime institutions, and also the key to the development of maritime institutions. Specialty Construction maritime academies process should be based on nation- al conditions and the school situation, consider the forward-looking and professional development goals targeted, the level of professional development content and applicability, evaluation and monitoring of professional development- oriented and practical.
