摘　　要： 在以效率取向学术制度安排和公权力渗透学术研究背景下,部分学术共同体蜕变为"学术特权利益共同体",大学独特的"单位制度型学术",权力场域和利益博弈的强势存在,是高校学术腐败的深层学理根源。由此,重构学术权力与行政权力的合理边界,构建高效清廉的学术同行评议制度,强化学术腐败的伦理矫治,是治理高校学术腐败的有效路径。 Certain academic communities have become communities with academic privileges with the undesirable influence of various systems,powers and special interests,resulting in the occurrence of academic corruption.To curb academic corruption in higher education,it is necessary to redefine a proper division of academic powers and administrative powers,establish a clean and effective peer review system,and implement a strong ethical code against academic misconduct.
