摘　　要： 首先介绍完全信息时双寡头垄断的企业产量决策的静态模型，这时得到的均衡是库诺特均衡；然后介绍完全信息时寡头垄断情形的产量决策的动态模型，这时得到的是斯坦尔克伯格均衡；最后分析了后者的局限性，得到在理性假设的前提下，斯坦尔克伯格均衡不是一个稳定的状态，完全信息时的双寡头垄断产量决策的动态博弈的结果必然是最终趋近于静态博弈的结果。 We introduce a model of static games of complete information Cournot model of duopoly, and a model of dynamic games of complete information which leads to Stackelberg model of duopoly. The question is that the Stackelberg equilibrium is not stable. These show that the equilibrium in Stackelberg model of duopoly would trend to equilibrium of Cournot model.
