低膨胀酚醛树脂(PF)/ZrW_2O_8复合材料的制备与表征

摘  要: 采用固相反应法制备高纯立方相ZrW2O8粉体,并用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷处理ZrW2O8,得到表面硅烷化的改性ZrW2O8。然后采用模压法制备酚醛树脂/ZrW2O8和酚醛树脂/改性ZrW2O8复合材料,探讨ZrW2O8对复合材料热稳定性的影响,并考察断面填料的分散情况。结果表明,改性ZrW2O8与酚醛树脂基体的相容性良好;少量改性ZrW2O8提高了酚醛树脂/改性ZrW2O8复合材料的起始热分解温度,添加量增大反而降低。热膨胀系数测试结果表明,ZrW2O8的加入降低了复合材料的平均线膨胀系数,且改性ZrW2O8对降低平均线膨胀系数的效果更明显。 Firstly, cubic ZrW2O8 with high purity was synthesized by solid state reaction. And functioned ZrW2O8 covered with ( 3-aminopropyl ) siloxy group on the surface was obtained via modification using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Phenolic resin/ZrW2O8 and phenolic resin/modified ZrW2O8 composites were prepared by compression molding. The thermal stability of composites was analyzed, then the dispersion of ZrW2O8 in the fracture surfaces of composites was observed. The results show that modified ZrW2O8 has good compatibility with phenolic resin, and the addition of a small amount of modified ZrW2O8 improves the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the composites and then reduces as increase of fillers content. The test of coefficient of thermal expansion suggests that the fillers reduce the average coefficient of linear expansion of the composites significantly, especially the modified ZrW2O8 shows a better effect.
