摘 要: 采用热空气老化试验机研究了丁基橡胶(IIR)的老化行为,获得了不同老化温度和老化时间对IIR交联密度和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,IIR硫化胶的交联密度先增大后减小,并随老化温度的升高变化幅度较为明显。拉伸强度、定伸应力和硬度均出现类似变化规律,而拉断伸长率先迅速下降后逐渐趋于平缓。 Aging behaviors of butyl rubber (IIR) were studied by using the hot air aging tester, and the law was obtained that the effects of different aging temperature and aging time on the cross- linking density and mechanical properties of IIR. The results showed that the cross-linking density of IIR vulcanite increased at first then decreased with prolongation of aging time,and the change magni- tude was more obvious with increase of aging temperature. The tensile strength, modulus and hard- ness had the similar trends. The elongation at break decreased rapidly at first, and then leveled off.
