摘 要: 本试验旨在研究脂肪粉替代豆油对断奶仔猪生产性能、养分利用率和血清生化指标的影响。选取480头28日龄断奶仔猪(杜×长×大),按体重相近原则随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20头。各组分别饲喂含3%豆油(对照组)、2%(试验I组)、2.5%(试验II组)和3%脂肪粉(试验III组)的饲粮。结果显示:与豆油组相比,3%脂肪粉组仔猪日增重和日采食量显著提高(P<0.05);2.5%和3%脂肪粉组仔猪料重比有所降低(P>0.05);各脂肪粉组仔猪腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);3%脂肪粉组中除钙外其他各养分消化率都显著提高(P<0.05);3%脂肪粉组血清中总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05)。各脂肪粉组血清T3和T4含量均高于豆油组,且随脂肪粉添加量的增大而升高。由结果可知,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加3%的脂肪粉可提高养分消化率及血清中T3和T4水平,降低仔猪腹泻率,改善仔猪生产性能。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of fat powders on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum pa- rameters in weaned piglets. Crossed piglets (DurocxYorkshirexLandrace) of 480 were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 pens per treatment and 20 piglets per pen based on body weight when weaned at 28 d of age. Piglets were respectively fed one of the experimental diets supplemented with 3% soybean oil, 2%, 2. 5 % and 3% fat powders. Results showed that compared with soybean oil group, 3% fat powder significantly increased average daily gain and average daily feed intake (P〈0. 05 ) ; piglets supplied with 2. 5% and 3% fat powder had lower feed to gain ratio (P〉0. 05) ; fat powder significantly reduced the diarrhea ratio (P〈0.05) ; 3% fat powder group had the highest nutrients digestibility except Ca (P〈0.05) ; piglets in 3% fat powder groups had the highest TC and LDL-c contents in serum (P〈0.05). The con- tents of T3 and T4 in all fat powder groups were higher than that in soybean oil group and increased as fat powder levels increasing. In conclu- sions, diets supplemented with 3% fat powder can increase nutrient digestibility and serum contents of T3 and T4, reduce diarrhea ratio and improve the growth performance in weaned piglets.
