摘　　要： 本文论述了清洁生产的产生、含义及国内外的发展近况。探讨了清洁生产与可持续发展的关系 ,指出建立和推广清洁生产是实现可持续发展的必由之路。 The article explains the initiation,the meaning and the global development of the clean production,discusses the relation between the clean production and the sustainable development and points out that to initiate and develop the clean production is the only way to realizing sustainable development.
