摘 要: 植钢锚固技术是一种新型的加固技术,本文基于植筋技术的研究,通过混凝土锚固型钢的静力拉拔实验,得到了不同型号角钢在不同强度等级混凝土下的植钢锚固的荷载-滑移全过程曲线。试验的破坏形式有两类:型钢拉断破坏和型钢与胶的界面滑移破坏,在不同破坏形式下荷载滑移曲线为三段式。并分析了型钢混凝土界面的粘结破坏机理。提出线荷载-滑移本构关系作为植钢锚固技术的粘结滑移本构关系,该关系式可用于指导有限元计算。 Embedded steel in concrete is a new reinforcement technology. Based on the adhesive bar research, though the static stress pull-out tests of adhesive steel in concrete, the whole load-slip curves of different style angle steel with different strength grade concrete are obtained. There are two types of failure modes: the section steel snapping failure and interface sliding failure between the section steel and the structural adhesive. The load-slip curve can be divided into three stages under different failure modes. The failure mechanism of interface between steel and concrete is analyzed. The line toad-slip constitutive relationship is proposed as the bond-slip constitutive relationship of embedded steel in concrete, which can be used to conduct the finite element calculation.
