摘 要: 以自行研制的弹齿滚筒式捡拾装置为研究对象,借助高速摄像设备对捡拾装置捡拾过程中物料和弹齿的相对运动过程进行了在线拍摄。通过对序列图像进行采集与分析表明,弹齿与物料的相对运动规律满足捡拾物料的要求,高速摄像技术在弹齿滚筒式捡拾装置中的应用为牧业机械运动分析提供了一种新的研究思路。 Taking a self-developed spring-finger cylinder collector as the research object, the overall movement process of spring-finger and material was photographed on line by using the high-speed photography equipment. By going through collection and analysis of image sequence, the relative movement law between spring-finger and material agrees with the requirement of picking material. The application of high-speed photography technology in pickup collector were studied. The research provides a new method to study livestock machine.
