摘 要: 对环模式压块机的几何实体进行三维建模,对农作物秸秆进行柔性体建模。通过利用ADAMS动力学分析软件和ANSYS有限元分析软件联合分析的方法,对压块过程进行仿真分析,通过仿真可以清晰地观察到柔性体秸秆在压辊的摩擦和挤压作用下被压到模孔内,分析柔性体秸秆的运动情况,并且得出了秸秆所受到的力、位移、速度、加速度以及力与位移的关系。 The paper describes the 3D modeling of the geometric entities of the circular mode briquetting machine, and flexible body modeling of crop stalks. Simulating and analyzing the briquetting process through using of the method of combining the ADAMS dynamic analysis software and ANSYS finite element analysis software, through the simulation can be observed clearly the flexible body stalks are pressed into the mold hole under the effect of pressure roller friction and compression, analyze the movement of the flexible body stalks, and drew the stalks by the force, displacement, velocity, acceleration as well as force and displacement relationship.
