摘 要: 目前的水平井多段找水、堵水作业须各下1次管柱,存在作业费用高、占产时间长、多次污染地层的问题。为此,研制了水平井智能分段开采工艺管柱。该管柱主要包括Y441堵水封隔器、K341堵水封隔器、智能开关和安全接头等。智能开关的工作采用"定时+休眠"模式,并在过夜通道处设计有球阀,保证正加压时压力上升可靠。K341封隔器具有逐级解封功能,解决了上提整体管柱载荷大的问题。现场应用结果表明,水平井智能分段开采工艺1趟管柱完成了水平井多段找水、堵水和生产过程,降低了管柱的作业风险,直井、斜井和水平井均可使用。 Currently horizontal multi-section water detection and water plugging require ntnning string twice. There exist such problems as high operating costs, long well-occupying time and mt, hiple pollutions of forma- lions. Therefore, the technological string of intelligent staged production for horizontal wells was developed. The string mainly consists of Y441 water plugging packer, K341 water plugging packer, intelligent swit~'h and safely .ioint. The operation of intelligent switch adopts the model of "timing plus dormancy" . The ball valve is designed at the fluid-passing passage in order to ensure the reliable pressure rise in pressurizalion. The K344 water ph,gging packer has the function of staged releasing, thus solving the problem of considerable load in litiing the whole string. The fiehl applicalion shows that time one-trip string for horizontal intelligent staged production has completed lhe water detection, water plugging and oil production in horizontal wells, reducing the safety risk of string. It can be nsed by straigh! well, inclined well and horizontal well.
