摘 要: 从利益相关者理论看,产学研合作研究生培养模式中利益相关者有三类:第一类是核心利益相关者,包括企业、科研机构和高等学校;第二类是紧密利益相关者,包括政府、导师和学生;第三类是一般利益相关者,主要为中介服务机构。利益相关者转变人才培养观念;培养目标必须体现社会需求,课程设置应该符合目标要求;各方共同参与培养过程及质量评价;建立和完善产学研合作研究生培养模式的内部运行机制和外部保障机制,才能保证产学研合作研究生培养模式相对稳定、长期高效地运行和发展。 There are three categories of stakeholders in Cultivating Model of the University Industry Cooperation from the perspective of Stakeholder Theory. The first is the core stakeholders, including enterprises, scientific research institutions and universities. The second category is close stakeholders, including government, instructors and students. The third is the general stakeholders, mainly the intermediary service agencies. Stakeholders should change personnel training concept, the curriculum should be in accordance with training objectives which can reflect social needs and all parties should partake in the cultivation process and quality evaluation, establishing and improving the internal operational mechanism and external security mechanisms of the cultivating model, for ensuring a relatively stable, long-term efficient operation and development.
