摘 要: 高职院校设立教学督导制度是希望通过"督"、"导"等方式,发挥提高教师教学水平、提升学校人才培养质量的重要作用。教学督导制度设计的先天不足以及督导观念的认同和冲突问题导致高职院校教学督导工作的低效。要提高高职院校督导工作的有效性必须加强对督导制度本身的整体设计,区分"督导"与"评价"功能,提高督导队伍专业化水平,加强督导信息的有效反馈。 The teaching supervision system is originally established to improve the level of teaching and to enhance the quality of school talents cultivation by supervising and guiding. The work of teaching supervision is inefficient due to defective design of the supervision system, as well as the concept of identity and conflict. To improve the validity of higher vocational college teaching supervision, overall design of the supervision system itself must be enhanced, " supervision" and " evaluation" should be distinguished, the professional level of supervisory team should be improved, and the information feedback of supervision should be strengthened.
