摘 要: 由于多种原因 ,国产MH Ni电池的性能一致性还比较差。因此 ,对MH Ni电池进行组合使用时要将其分类 ,使用的算法是if then的方法 ,且基于少数一两个参数。但实际情况是 ,反映MH Ni电池性能的参数远不止一两个参数。提出了一种基于信息融合理论的MH Ni电池多参数的分类方法。该方法利用电池在充电、放电时记录的数据 ,从中提取能反映电池性能的若干个特征参数 ,将这些特征参数进行融合 ,融合结果用于分类。实验结果表明 ,这种分类方法由于反映了MH Ni电池的多项性能指标 。 Performance consistency of Ni MH cells made in China are relatively poor, so they have to be classified before being used in packs. Now the common classification method adopts the if then arithmetic, which is based on only few parameters. However, the parameters for indicating performances of Ni MH battery are far more to from this. A classification method based on Data Fusion theory for Ni MH cell was introduceed. The method abstracted certain character parameters, which could indicate performances of the battery, according to the data recorded during charge/discharge process, and then fused the character data for classifying. The experiment results show that the classification method can indicate much more performance indexes of Ni MH cell so that it is beneficial to improve the performances of battery pack.
