摘 要: 从不确定性与确定性差异的视角来分析知识与企业竞争优势的关系。奈特认为外界客观环境的变化导致了不确定性,而企业利润来自于应对不确定性的方法;而根据交易费用企业理论,企业利润来自于交易费用的节约。在把知识创造行为引入分析框架之后可知,新知识在扩散成为完全公共知识之前,在不同的竞争对手之间的分布存在差异,新知识创造构成了其拥有者自己的确定性优势和竞争对手的不确定性劣势,必然会造成企业的成本差异和对消费者要价能力的差异。以此为基础建立了企业市场利润和竞争优势的新知识机制。 The aim of this paper is to examine the relationship between knowledge and competitiveness Irom the perspective of certainty and uncertainty. Knight beheves changes in the external objective environment lead to un- certainty, which give enterprises to handle the uncertainty to earn profit. Otherwise, due to the transactional cost theory, profit derives from the saving the transactional cost. Introducing the knowledge creation behavior into the a- nalysis framework, we can easily realize that before the new knowledge turn into public know|edge, the distribution of knowledge differs between different competitors. This will surely bring about the competitive pressures and uncer- tainty, the creation of new knowledge makes up the certain advantage of an enterprise, so that we can conclude that new knowledge mechanism is the real source of market competition.
