摘　　要： 众所周知,兴奋剂问题和竞技体育的发展一直如影随形,成为竞技体育健康发展的巨大阻碍。几十年来,国际反兴奋剂斗争一直在进行。阐述了当前国际反兴奋斗争的主流动态,包括对兴奋剂的区分更加细化、全球和区域合作日渐成为主流以及近几十年问题不断,反兴奋剂斗争依然道路漫长;介绍了国外制定反兴奋剂政策和加强管理措施的发展趋势,包括强化立法加大惩处、重视宣传教育和信息服务的综合运用、重视自然科学和社会科学科研。同时,结合中国反兴奋剂斗争取得的主要成就和面临的主要挑战,指出我国反兴奋剂应该继续努力的方向。 It is well known that both the doping problem and the development of the competitive sports have been the huge barrier of the healthy development of the competitive sports. The anti - doping struggle has been going on nationally for several decades. This article reviewed the current mainstream dynamic of the anti - doping struggle internationally, which includes refining the differentiation of the doping, the global and regional cooperation have been the mainstream, in recent several dec- ades, the problems are continuing and the struggle against the doping is still long; At the same time , this article introduced the development trend of formulating the anti - doping policies and strengthening the management measures, including strengthening legislation and increasing punishment, paying more attention to both the publicity and education and information services, paying more attention to the natural science and social science research. Finally, this article points out the direction that China should continue striving.
