摘　　要： 服务系统是一个高超地运用综合知识的复杂系统 ,面临“入世”,我们既有挑战 ,也有机遇。本文利用系统工程的观点分析了“入世”对服务业的影响 ,讨论了电信、金融、专业等服务领域 GATS及中美、中欧等双边协议的内容 ,并就服务业如何把握机遇、顺应挑战提出了对策。 Service system is a complex system using synthesized knowledge delicately.Facing WTO,there are challenges and oppotrunity.In this paper,the impacts of WTO to service system are analyzed by the method system engineering.The content of GATS and bilateral agreement of the service system such as telecommunication,finance,professional are discussed,the countermeasure of service system to grasp the opportunity and adapt to the challenged are slso put forward.
