摘 要: 提出了零部件最优库存的控制方法。并以博西威家电有限公司为例 ,在确保连续生产的约束条件下 ,通过设置安全库存量和采购风险期 ,有效地解决了因产品需求预测误差和采购过程中的误期波动导致的缺货。论文所提出的重点库存品分析方法以及以资金占有为优化目标的控制策略经实例验证有效可行。 This paper puts forward a set of methods to reduce BSW company's part stock level to the least degree in the precondition of continuous production. By analyzing the company's current part stock condition in terms of the occupation of capitals, it describes how to control the purchase parameters of import parts. The import parts are characteristic of long purchase lead time which fluctuate greatly, so the concept of a purchase risk time is proposed besides the concept of safety quantity against product predict errors. Based on the actual condition of the company, it gives a method to work out the economic order quantity of each import part. Furthermore, formulae are proposed to calculate purchase lead time and safety stock quantity, then examples are developed to illustrate them.
