摘　　要： 基于农村存在大量剩余劳动力的现实背景与产业面临转型升级的挑战,提出了一条传统农业转型升级之路——创新发展都市型农业。以1990—2008年的数据为实证样本,应用C-D与CES生产函数模型对都市型农业吸收农业剩余劳动力的能力进行分析,研究结果表明:创新发展都市型农业对剩余劳动力具有较强的吸收能力。据此对广州市创新发展都市型农业进行SWOT分析,发现广州市具备创新发展都市型农业的客观条件及其必然趋势,不但能解决大量农民工就业问题,还能有效促进传统农业转型升级。并就广州市创新发展都市型农业提出相应的对策建议。 This paper based on the present situation of massive surplus-labor and the industry challenge faced to put forward an agricultural reforming promotion developing the urban agriculture. Using the C-D and CES production function model analysed urban agriculture to our country agriculture surplus-labor absorbancy, carried on the real diagnosis examination by 1990-2008 year sampled data. The results showed that the development of urban agriculture in Guangzhou on the surplus labor force had strong absorptive capacity. And then using the SWOT model to Guangzhou develops the urban agriculture to carry on the feasibility analysis.According to the above how to develop urban agriculture to put forward six specific measures.
