摘　　要： 分形理论成型于20世纪70年代,乃是当代最重要的非线性科学理论分支之一。分形理论主要以自然和社会科学领域广泛存在的"粗糙"为研究对象,试图发掘不规则中存在的规则。分形理论的产生对人们的哲学观和方法论由线性科学领域渗入非线性科学领域产生了重大影响。本文简要介绍了分形理论的产生和发展及在我国的研究现状,然后对分形理论应用于资本市场做了系统分析。我们希望本文的基础讨论能为后续深入研究提供指引。 The fractal theory, which was established in 1970s, is one of the most important modern nonlinear science disciplines. Fractal theory studies on the ＂Roughness＂ that exists widely in natural and social sciences, and tries to summarize and distinguish the regularity of irregularity. Its generation has al-ready made revolutionary influence both on our conceptions and methodologies. This paper firstly intro-duces its origin, development and domestic research status, and then analyzes comprehensively its applica-tion in capital market. We modestly hope that our basic discussions could provide an academic basis for further researches.
