摘　　要： 混合均匀度是饲料搅拌机的关键性能参数,通过试验设计与分析的方法,以搅龙转速、搅拌时间为影响因子,分析了各试验因子水平的选取方法,确定了试验设计方案,采用绿豆做示踪剂,通过试验中绿豆分布的变异系数,分析了搅龙转速、搅拌时间对物料混合均匀度的影响规律,确定了搅拌机最佳工作参数为搅龙转速80 r/min、搅拌时间6 min。 Mixing uniformity is the key performance parameter to fodder mixer, the paper used the method of the test design and analysis, used auger stirring speed and stirring time as the impact factor, analyzed the selection method of each test factor＇s level, determined the experimental, used mung as tracer, through analysis mung distribution coefficient, analyzed influence law of auger stirring speed and stirring time to material mixing uniformity, determined the fodder mixer best working parameters of stirring speed 80 r/min and stirring time 6 min.
