摘 要: 以变异系数法和CRITIC法为基础,详细阐述财政科技投入绩效评价软件的设计过程,并以东莞市为例,将连续三年的指标执行数据输入该软件中,计算获得指标的权重和样本评价值,通过与客观现实的比对,证明软件的实用性。该软件最大程度地避免了运算中的误差,并用量化的结果反映了财政科技投入的绩效状况,提高了评价效率。 Based on coefficient variation method and CRITIC method, the paper elaborates the design process of perform- ance evaluation software on financial investment in science and technology. By taking Dongguan as an example and input- ting index data of 3 consecutive years into software, the paper obtains weight and sample value, and proves the software' s practicability on the basis of comparing the calculated results and objective reality. This software improves the evaluation efficiency greatly by largely avoiding the numerical error in data operation process, and reflecting performance of financial investment in science and technology by quantitative results.
