耐硬水手洗餐具用洗涤剂的配方研究

摘  要: 通过考察脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、α-烯烃磺酸盐(AOS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、甲酯磺酸盐(MES)和十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)这几种餐具用洗涤剂原料在不同水硬度条件下的去污能力,综合成本、增稠等方面,确定了以AES,AOS和LAS为主要的餐具用洗涤剂原料进行复配应用,考察了AES,AOS和LAS在不同配比时的去污力。结果表明,在水硬度较低的地区,m(LAS)∶m(AES)∶m(AOS)=9∶5∶1时去污力较强;而在水硬度较高的地区,m(LAS)∶m(AES)∶m(AOS)=1∶9∶5或1∶1∶1时去污力较强。 Performance of surfactants used for formulation of hand operated dish washing detergent under different water hardness condition in aspect of detergency, comprehensive cost, thickening effectiveness et al, including fatty alcohol ethoxylate sulfate (AES), α - olefin sulfonate (AOS), linear alkyl benzene sulfonate (I,AS) ,fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate (MES) and dodeeyl sulfate K12) were tested. Blends of AES, AOS and LAS were identified as main ingredient of dish washing detergents. Detergency of dish washing liquids with different ratios of AES, AOS and LAS was examined. Results showed that in regions with water supply of low hardness, it is recommended to use a ratio of Ⅲ (LAS) : ,n (AES) : m (AOS) = 9: 5: 1, while in regions with water supply of rather high hardness,it is commerJded to use a ratio of m(LAS) : m(AES):m (AOS) = 1:9:5 or 1: 1: 1.
