摘　　要： 为解决配电网运行综合状态评估问题,提出了最小配电子岛与最小配电子网的概念。给出了一种包含五种等级的最小配电子网运行状态划分方法,并分析了各个状态的特点。以最小配电子网为基准,提出了子网中各个状态的指标评分具体方法,并给出了相应公式。按照谨慎原则,以指标评分最差配电子网的运行状态作为整个配电网络的运行状态。基于改进雷达图分析法,给出了一种描述五种状态等级的同心圆绘制方法。并根据当前状态评估指标、15 min后状态评估指标、60 min后状态评估指标,结合雷达图面积与周长,给出了三种配电网综合状态评估指标,并结合实例分析了三种指标的特性。实例分析表明所提方法能够清晰反应配电网的综合运行状态,为配电网的实时运行提供可靠依据,具有较好的实用化意义。 To solve the issue of distribution network operation distribution island and minimum distribution subnet are proposed. comprehensive status assessment, the concepts of minimum Five levels of minimum distribution subnet operation state are given. In accordance with the current status assessment indicator, 15 minutes status assessment indicator and 60 minutes status assessment indicator, combined with the radar chart area and perimeter, three distribution network status assessment indicators are presented. The characteristics of the three indicators are analyzed with an example. The example analysis shows that the proposed method is feasible. The case research shows that the proposed method can clearly reflect the reaction operating status of the distribution network. It provides a reliable basis for real-time operation of the distribution network, and has good practical significance.
