摘　　要： 本文以波特的"钻石模型"为框架,将影响广东会展业竞争力的各因素归类为外生因素和内生因素进行分析(内生因素由模型系统决定并对模型系统产生影响,外生因素则是来自于模型之外的参数)。在分析过程中,将钻石模型和产业价值链进行融合,并结合相关翔实的数据材料分析,更加明确了广东会展业的竞争力水平。从政府层面考虑,提出了增强广东会展业竞争力的建议对策,为相关政府部门提供了有益的理论指导。 This article analyses the competitiveness level of Guangdong province in Convention and Exhibition industry.Based on the Michael Porter Diamond Model,the influential factors can be classified as endogenous factors and exogenous factors（endogenous factors are decided and be influenced by system model,while the exogenous factors are from outside of the system model）.Fusing and Combining Michael Porter Diamond Model and Industry Chain with Accurate data,it will be more explicit for the analysis target.At the end of the article,author proposes some advices from the government＇s perspectives to make exhibition development in Guangdong province becomes more and more competitive.
