摘　　要： 现代高职院校已经不再是封闭在象牙塔中的学术组织,在完成人才培养任务的同时,还要依托高校科研、人才、知识等方面的优势,积极参与到为所在地方经济社会发展服务的进程当中。志愿服务作为高职院校与社会沟通的一种渠道,具有拓展服务领域、提升人才培养质量和为学生搭建实践平台的重要作用,并日益成为提升高职院校社会服务能力的有效途径。高职院校应整合校内资源、建立长效机制,使志愿服务在学校参与社会建设的过程中发挥更加完善的作用。 Modern higher vocational college is no longer a closed academic organization in the ivory tower,to complete the task of personnel training at the same time,relying on scientific research in colleges and universities,talent,knowledge,etc advantages,actively involved in the service for local economic and social development process.Volunteering as a channel of higher vocational colleges and social communication,expand service areas,improving the quality of personnel training and practice platform for students,and increasingly improve higher vocational colleges is an effective means of social service ability.Higher vocational colleges should integrate internal resources,to establish long-term mechanism,make the volunteer services in the process of school to participate in social construction play a better role.
