摘　　要： 艺术院校德育不仅是培养德艺双馨人才的基础,还是创新人才培养的基本途径。本文从当前艺术院校学生道德品质的现状入手,分析学校德育存在的不足,以创新人才培养为目标,探讨艺术院校新的德育对策。 Moral of arts schools is not only the foundation to cultivate excellent talents in both performing skills and moral integrity, but also the basic approach of innovate talent-training. Based on the current situation of the moral condition of students from arts schools nowadays, this paper analyzes the existing problems of school moral. With the goal of cultivating innovative talents, it also discusses the new moral countermeasures for arts schools.
