摘　　要： 通过分析战略性新兴产业技术创新的特征和模式,产学研联盟与战略性新兴产业技术创新的关系以及产学研联盟在促进战略性新兴产业技术创新过程中的作用机制,针对我国战略性新兴产业产学研联盟存在的问题,提出了建立产学研联盟以推动我国战略性新兴产业技术创新的途径建议。 The aim of this study is to analyze the functional mechanism of industry-university alliance in promoting technological innovation in Chinas strategic emerging industries.The study elaborates the characteristics,the subject,and the modes of the strategic emerging industrys technological innovation,and examines the relationship between the industry-university alliance and the technological innovation theoretically.Based on the difficulties confronting Chinas strategic emerging industries,the study points out that industry-university alliance is a practical measure to stimulate technological innovation of the strategic emerging industries.
