摘　　要： 湖南省常宁市具备发展铅锌产业的良好条件。常宁市铅锌产业发展虽然成绩显著,但是长期以来存在的一些问题成为制约其协调发展的重要因素。通过阐述常宁市铅锌产业的发展现状,分析目前常宁市铅锌产业发展的优势与不足,对常宁市铅锌产业发展提出了合理的对策,通过发展循环经济、优化产业、产品结构,加强环境保护,重视再生资源的回收和利用、加大技术创新和科技开发的力度、加强产学研合作等措施,推进常宁市铅锌产业持续高速发展。 Changning City in Hunan Province has good conditions for the development of lead and zinc industry. Although lead and zinc industry developed smoothly in Changning, many long-term issues became important factors restricting its harmonious development. In the present paper, according to the current situation of lead and zinc in- dustry of Changning, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of lead and zinc industry are analyzed and the reasonable countermeasures for development are suggested. Only by developing recycling economy, optimi- zing the industrial and product structure, strengthening the environmental protection, emphasizing the recovery and utilization of renewable resources, enforcing technological innovation and strengthening the cooperation of universi- ties and enterprises, can Changning＇s lead and zinc industry gain a sustainable development.
