摘 要: 液压传动广泛应用于各种工程机械,液压系统在工作时散热不足将导致系统温升超限,影响正常工作。从解决某矿井用机械设备温升超限入手,对系统进行热平衡分析,在此基础上建立了热平衡时的散热器面积计算公式,求解出需要匹配的散热面积;利用MATLAB/Simulink对平衡时系统的能量、能量变化率及温度进行仿真,结果表明,计算结果正确。该匹配方法为其他液压系统的散热器匹配提供了参考。 Hydraulic transmission is widely applied in various engineering machinery, shortage of heat dissipation leads to over-run of the temperature rise, affecting normal work. To solve temperature overrun of a mine machinery, measurement method was used to calculate the heating power of the system. The thermal equilibrium calculation formula of the radiator area was established based on the analysis of the thermal equilibrium. The thermal equilibrium was simulated using MATLAB/Simulink. The radiator area required was calculated. The research provides reference for other matching.
