摘　　要： 虽然印度图书馆实施危机管理起步较晚,但是危机管理水平却得到了快速提升。这主要是因为:印度议会和政府为图书馆危机管理提供了国家层面的宏观政策指导,印度图书馆协会与国际组织密切合作,各种类型图书馆根据自身的情况和行业标准制定了各具特色的危机管理制度。鉴于此,我国相关部门应为图书馆实施危机管理提供法律依据,图书馆学会应与国际组织紧密合作,各图书馆应健全图书馆危机管理协作制度,图书馆网站应发布对用户数据保护的具体条款,图书馆危机管理方法需灵活创新,以提高我国图书馆危机管理的水平。 Indian libraries implemented the crisis management lately, but the level of the crisis management promoted rapidly. There are mainly reasons, such as the Indian parliament and government provided macro-policy directions for the crisis management of libraries, Indian Library Association worked with international organizations closely, various libraries established distinctive crisis management systems based on industry standards and their conditions. In this situation, relevant departments should provide the legal basis for implementing the crisis management in libraries, the library association should work closely with international organizations, libraries should improve the library crisis management coordina- tion system, terms of protecting users＇ data should be distributed on library websites, and crisis manage- ment methods should be flexible and innovative in libraries, in order to promote the level of the crisis management in Chinese libraries.
