摘　　要： 体育教学应由技术、身体的层面向人的精神层面拓展,注重对学生的个性塑造,促进学生身心的全面发展。 Physical education should expand from the technical level, physical level to the human spirit level. We should focus on shaping the personality of students, and promote the comprehensive development of the students＇ physical and mental.
