摘 要: 员工绩效评价是人力资源管理工作的一个重要环节,但传统评价方法由于缺少量化工具,常常受到主观因素的影响产生各种问题。提出将评价生产有效性的思想应用到员工绩效评价中,用DEA构造前沿面的方法评价员工绩效,不但可以使评价量化,并且便于员工寻找差距,改进绩效。 Staff performance appraisal is an important task, however traditional appraisal method is lack of quantitative tools and tend to be affected by subjective factors, as a result, numerous problems arose. Put forward the method of applying the ideology of production efficiency to staff performance appraisal and using DEA to create the frontier, which can not only get quantitative appraising results, but also be convenient for staff to find the gap and improve performance.
