摘　　要： 运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法对NBA商业模式与经营状况进行了研究,结论如下:NBA经营状况良好,篮球相关收入稳步增长,其中媒体转播收入是最稳定的增长点。NBA竞争力平衡机制提高了NBA球队经济实力和竞技实力的均衡度,球队之间的实力对比更为接近,提高了联盟比赛的激烈程度,联盟整体运营能力得到加强。但由于联盟整体营销收入占总收入的比例较低,总收入中的大部分收入主要由球队支配,球队市场规模和经营管理水平等因素存在差异,导致不同球队之间收入悬殊,NBA球队也存在"贫富不均"的两极分化趋势。NBA球队盈利并未出现稳步增长的状况,球员薪金总额的过快增长挤占了球队的盈利空间,NBA球员特别是明星球员工资增长太快对于联盟发展是一大制约因素。 Based on the documentations and logic studies research on NBA business simulation and operating mode, the authors found that the state of NBA operation is good, other related revenue has increasing, especially the income on broadcasting is the most steady growth sector. The balance mechanism of competition raised the strength of each team, stopped the irrational behavior to get outstanding players, and made a revenue growth in most of the teams. But because of some reasons, such as the federation sales take a small proportion of total income; the teams dominated the majority of the income; the difference of manage standard and so on, led to the income of different teams has a wide gap. After all, the profit of NBA teams didn＇t growing steady, the increasing salaries of players occupied the space of profit, especially the over quick salaries of star players restrict the development of the federation.
