摘 要: 以2010年底已经进入中国40个城市的25家外资法人银行为研究对象,将样本分为全样本组和全功能银行组,采用结构方程进行实证研究,结论表明相同的影响因素对两组外资银行区位选择影响作用存在不同,竞争优势和市场机会对全样本银行组的影响最大;追随客户则是影响全功能银行区位选择的最重要的因素。另外,研究还发现城市中银行业的集聚效应对外资银行区位选择有显著的间接效应。 Study 25 foreign banks' location distributing strategy in China's 40 cities in 2010. Based on the main businesses, divide the foreign banks into two groups: all-banks and universal banks. The result shows that the same influencing factor has different effects to different group. For the all-banks group, competitive advantage and seeking market chance are the mostly influencing factors of bank location distributing in China, while for universal banks the factor is following clients. Furthermore, the result also shows that the agglutination of banks influences foreign banks~ location distributing choice indirectly.
